With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, brokerage leadership, and agent development, Bopi Villarino Moises has built a career defined by entrepreneurship, integrity, and a passion for helping others succeed.

 

Raised in Carlsbad, California, Bopi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Education from Point Loma Nazarene University before entering the real estate industry in 1993. She co-founded R&B Real Estate Group and National Pacific Mortgage in San Diego, where she successfully built both companies while developing a thriving real estate practice representing buyers and sellers throughout Southern California.

 

As her reputation for exceptional service and results grew, so did her commitment to mentoring others. Bopi firmly believes that successful real estate professionals must treat their careers as businesses—combining market expertise, ethical practices, outstanding customer service, and a genuine commitment to their clients.

 

Her entrepreneurial vision helped grow R&B Real Estate Group to more than 85 agents before the company merged with Keller Williams Realty in 2007. Following the merger, Bopi served as CEO and Team Leader for multiple Keller Williams market centers, including offices in La Jolla, Studio City, and the Rocky Mountain region. Throughout her leadership career, she recruited, trained, coached, and supervised hundreds of real estate professionals, leading offices of up to 300 agents and helping countless individuals build successful, sustainable businesses.

 

Bopi’s leadership has been recognized throughout the industry. She was featured in San Diego Magazine for creating one of East County San Diego’s premier luxury real estate brokerages and was named one of the 101 Most Powerful Women in 2006. Her commitment to community has included service on city planning committees, as President of the Mission Bay Boat & Ski Team, and as a member of a San Diego-area school board.

 

Today, Bopi continues to share her knowledge and leadership with real estate professionals, drawing on decades of experience in brokerage operations, recruiting, coaching, luxury real estate, and business development. Her mission remains the same: to elevate the real estate profession by helping agents deliver exceptional service while building successful, ethical, and rewarding careers.
